Hey Warrior Workbook (NEW)
Product Description
The Hey Warrior Workbook is the ultimate sidekick to ‘Hey Warrior’ and ‘Ups and Downs’.
Jam-packed with practical activities, powerful strategies, and clever little life skills, this workbook will help kids wrangle anxiety, build their brave, and navigate their big feelings (waaay easier when they have the guide!).
It’s playful. It’s practical. It’s got warmth, humor, and loads of heart. Best of all, it will guide kids through their ups, downs, and everything in between, all while supporting them to explore their feelings, build self-awareness, and find what works for them.
The more kids can understand why they feel the way they do, and how those feelings influence what they do, the more they can meet those feelings with compassion, confidence, and clarity.
Because all kids can do amazing things with the right information.

•	For ages 5 year and up (And super helpful for grown-ups too!)

Hey Warrior Workbook

Ups and Downs (NEW)
Product Description
An important, engaging, practical book for young people (and their important adults).
All feelings are important – the magical, the messy, and the in-between. Sometimes though, big feelings can have us behaving in ways that aren’t so, let’s say … shiny. This happens to all of us. The more young people understand how and why, the more they can build the capacity to feel their feelings and manage them in positive ways.
‘Ups and Downs’ draws on Polyvagal Theory, a widely accepted neuroscientific theory, to support young people to understand why they feel and do as they do, and how to do differently when they need to. Driving brains and bodies isn’t easy! It takes time, experience, and the right information – so let’s give them that.

•	For ages 5 year and up
•	Teens 13 and up.
•	Parents.
•	Teachers.
•	Counsellors, psychologists, therapists.
